Christine Dowling has been active in the traditional arts sector since 1984, both in America and Northern Ireland. She brings a wealth of governance, financial management, and marketing experience, having served as Board member and administrator of BelfastTrad from 2015–2020. In that role, she oversaw all aspects of the charity’s operations, including corporate governance, reporting, audience development, and financial administration. Christine’s long-standing commitment to the sector and her professional expertise ensure Belfast TradFest maintains strong governance structures and effective organisational systems.
